Career Banding Information

Career Banding is a classification and compensation system that permits thousands of narrowly defined classifications to be condensed into a smaller number of job families.

The key components of a competency-based system include classifying, evaluating, planning career development, and paying employees based on the attainment and demonstration of established competencies.
